So What IS the Problem?
Went to the PT today - back is feeling okay, so he decided to focus on my knee. He smirked when he was putting pressure on it and my kneecap clicked enough to move his finger off its spot. He says the issue is from overpronation and possibly a crappy IT band, but, I personally am not so sure. My coworker recommends going to a chiropractor, saying I work out my front core more than my back and so I’m probably off kilter that way, as well as my hips being unbalanced. Whatever the PT did, my knee felt awesome for 20 min. I went for a run after in the rain and wind, and took my time, but didn’t do as slow as I thought. Probably time to start running in the Superfeet.
